FAE (Female and Empowered)

FAE is our young women’s support group for ages 14 – 104.

Our mission: To educate young women and empower healthy futures.

We meet the third Monday of every month from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

We have topics such as healthy relationships, self esteem, self awareness, skin care and cosmetics, nail art, movies for discussion and activities like yoga, kick boxing and crafts. Dinner is provided and transportation can be arranged.
